The CEO Support Group
Leading a company as an executive comes with many challenges that go beyond the workplace. What are yours?
Fall 2019 in Tucson, Arizona
The Problem
As an Executive or CEO, you endure high stress due to pressures in your role. Like most executives, you are likely trying to deal with this stress on your own. Sharing these with others (including spouses) who are not in your position may be very difficult. Without ways to vent and receive specialized support, stress manifests and migrates to all areas of your life, reduces work performance, deteriorates your health and threatens your vital personal relationships.
Fortunately, some executives have been successful at shifting their lifestyle, but never in isolation.
The Solution
Peer group support is priceless. Believe it or not, other local executives understand the problems you are facing. Some have found solutions and are happy to share these with you. Others in the group will greatly benefit from hearing your experiences.
Facilitated by a high caliber executive coach and a local CEO, the power of the CEO Support Group can bring much needed support at a critical time in your life. Instead of a focus on business development or “how to run a company”, the group focuses on personal challenges that hit closer to home.
Group Topics Include:
- Marriage, Parenting, and Divorce
- Recovering From High Stress Periods
- Resting and Conserving Your Energy
- How Stress Ruins Your Health
- Recovering From Trauma
- How Wellness Impacts Performance
- Self-Awareness and Your Limitations
- Coping With Depression and Emotions
- Building Your Support Network
How Does It Work?
The group of 20 peer executives meets twice per month during hours that do not interfere with work schedules. Groups are confidential, and moderated by a qualified health and wellness coach and a featured CEO from the local community. Together, they motivate the group to share, communicate, and grow.

Questions You Might Have…
This group is intended solely for individuals in the executive (C-Suite) role in their organization or sole proprietor of a business. We do welcome professionals in senior management roles as well.
Every 2 weeks. You are NOT required to attend each session, but you are encouraged to do so. Depending on the group, a different schedule may be agreed upon.
The CEO Support Group is supported by donations and sponsorships. $100 per session is recommended for non-members, however you may make a donation of your choosing. Members are still encouraged to donate, but a small portion of the yearly membership fees do fund the CEO Support Group activities.
The group is moderated and sponsored by a local CEO who has exceptional self-awareness and demonstrated leadership in personal development. The moderator will help focus conversations on the group, but how the individual executive can achieve the best outcome for a specific personal struggle. This is NOT a business development or business “how-to” group.
For example, “I have the employee that is killing company morale”. The conversation can turn to problem solving how or what to do with the employee, rather focus on the executive; “How does that make you feel? What are you telling yourself?” type of questions.
Yes! You are welcome to bring one other person. Please make a donation and keep in mind that the CEO Support Group is funded by donations and sponsorships only. Interested in bringing your executive leadership staff? Please contact us and we can discuss sponsorship or private group or team-building sessions.
